Settings

Projects provides a flexible set of settings that allow you to customize the display of your tasks.

Access the Settings menu using Settings button.

The Task Options menu is smart. It adjusts the available options according to the task view you are using.

sort by task

Tasks can be sorted alphabetically by Task Name in ascending or descending order.

Select the "Task" option in the Sort section to enable this.

sort by date

Tasks can be sorted by Start Date or End Date in ascending or descending order.

Select the "Start Date" or "End Date" option in the Sort section to enable this.

group by status

Tasks can be grouped by status. This ensures that tasks of the same status appear next to each other.

Set the "Group By Status" switch to ON to enable this.
